My family have felt so lucky to have found this property and lived here for 30 years. It has been our reliable base providing stability and refuge within a gorgeous practical setting in which we have all grown in our lives. We have gone our separate ways now and are forced to sell our family home.

Stephen's Comment:Built circa 1965, this family home has undergone works in its time including a double storey extension and the added addition of a conservatory, however the property still has potential for further expansion (STPP). I really am excited for this property to be someones new home.

Area Comment:Located just 31 miles from London is the very popular area of Frogmore / Blackwater. Located less than 2 miles from Camberley town centre with its great range of independent and chain shops and restaurants it is also ideally located for commuters with access to the A30, M3 and Blackwater train station just a few minutes away from the property. There are a good choice of local schools within a short distance also. The area offers a lovely range of outside open spaces, woodland and parks, many of which are also just a few minutes from the property.
